Fans will get a first taste of the new court when head coach Tom Izzo and the Spartans host Michigan State Madness this Friday, where the men’s and women’s basketball teams will scrimmage and hold other preseason festivities for Michigan State students.
The Spartans, who ended last season at No. 7 in the final coaches poll, officially begin their regular season Nov. 11 against Arizona.
