Josh King, Donnie Corley and Demetric Vance, three former Michigan State football players, have been arraigned on charges related to sexual assault. King, Corley and Vance were charged on Tuesday and kicked off the Spartans football team.
King was the final of the three to be arraigned, and he was in court Wednesday morning. Bond was set at $25,000 for King, who is facing the most serious charges of the three, while the bonds for Corley and Vance were set at $10,000, according to the Lansing State Journal. Preliminary hearings for the trio reportedly are scheduled for June 22.
The charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred in a bathroom at a campus party in January.
King penetrated the alleged victim against her will, and she was also forced to perform oral sex on Corley and Vance, according to testimony from Michigan State detective Chad Davis. King also was charged with capturing an image of an unclothed individual.
