Jay Bilas said that Michigan State should be a No. 1 seed on Sunday, while Dick Vitale also shared his top seeds.
Of course, everyone in the country has his/her own opinion on who should be where in the NCAA Tournament, but the two ESPN experts weighed in.
First, it was Dickie V on Saturday night via Twitter, naming Virginia, Villanova, Kansas and Xavier.

Then on Sunday afternoon live on ESPN, Bilas ruffled some feathers with his proclamation of the Big Ten regular-season champion Spartans, who fell in the Big Ten Tournament semifinals, as a No. 1 seed.
Jay Bilas just said he would have MSU as a 1 seed. “Why should we treat them any different than Gonzaga in previous years?” he said.

Earlier Sunday, selection committee chair Bruce Rasmussen said the four No. 1 seeds are set and that there was a strong consensus for all of them. He also said there is a 68-team field set, but that it could change with conference championships still to be decided.
For what it’s worth, ESPN’s Joe Lunardi agrees with Vitale in his latest bracketology, as he has the Cavaliers, Wildcats, Jayhawks and Musketeers as his top teams.
The Selection Sunday show is at 6 p.m. ET on TBS.
