With Indiana leading Michigan State handily in the second half Saturday at Assembly Hall, Hoosiers fans began taunting Spartans freshman Miles Bridges with the dreaded “overrated” chant.

Bridges, who averaged 15.3 points and 8.1 rebounds a game and often makes the highlight reel with soaring dunks, was 2 for 8 with 8 points and eight rebounds Saturday at the time of the chant.
As of this writing, Bridges is 2 of 11 on the day, with just over eight minutes left in the game.
Though Saturday hasn’t been Bridges’ best performance, the freshman did have one highlight-worthy play, on an alley-oop early in the second half.
