Donovan Winter didn’t sign his National Letter of Intent to play at Michigan State and no longer is enrolled at Bishop Moore (Fla.), according to the Orlando Sentinel’s Chris Hays. He’s a 3-star defensive end.
“No, he’s not signing. Long story,” his coach, Matt Hedrick, told the Sentinel via text message. Winter still may sign in the coming weeks.

Winter is the No. 50 weak-side defensive end and No. 882 player in the Class of 2017, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s been committed to the Spartans since June.
Michigan State’s class ranks 31st in the country and sixth in the Big Ten as of Wednesday morning.
