Fleet-Davis is Maryland’s second commitment of the day. Earlier in the afternoon, the Terrapins landed the nation’s 13th-rated center in Johnny Jordan. The two commitments gives Maryland 14 for the Class of 2017.
The 6-foot, 211-pound Fleet-Davis is rated the nation’s No. 38 running back prospect and the No. 18 prospect from the state of Maryland.
