Maryland football added an in-state talent on Monday evening.
The Terrapins landed a verbal commitment from 2019 defensive end prospect Deshawn Holt via his personal Twitter account.

Holt is the first commit of the Terps’ 2019 class.
He is 6-foot-5, 220 pounds and plays his football at Westlake High School in Waldorf, Md.
According to 247Sports, he received offers from a number of schools, including Rutgers, Temple, Toledo, Bowling Green, Kent State and Old Dominion.
