Land of 10’s Bobby La Gesse listed Campbell as one of Iowa’s top eight targets in the 2019 recruiting class. Campbell (6-foot-4, 210 pounds) took a visit to Iowa in February and attended a men’s basketball game.
Iowa currently has four players in its 2019 recruiting class, including a pair of 4-star tackles in Ezra Miller and Tyler Endres as well as tight end Logan Lee and guard Noah Fenske. Iowa’s 2018 class featured 23 players and four linebackers.
