Class of 2019 defensive end Mosai Newsom is one of Iowa’s top in-state recruiting targets. The Hawkeyes are now battling Notre Dame, Stanford and Vanderbilt for his services. Those three schools haven’t offered, but are talking with Newsom. The Des Moines Register’s Matthew Bain catches up with Newsom’s recruitment and sees where Iowa stands.
