Larry Tracy was once a member of Iowa football’s 2019 recruiting class, committing to the Hawkeyes in July before de-committing in January. He released a new top 5 on Saturday, and Iowa’s in it.
The Hawkeyes join Minnesota, Indiana, Cincinnati and Purdue.

This doesn’t seem to be a firm list for Tracy, who notes in the above tweet that he’s “still open to new opportunities.” There’s no indication that Tracy has a new favorite, as no recruiting reporters have made any 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions about him since he de-committed.
Tracy, a 3-star recruit, is the No. 54 cornerback nationally and No. 11 prospect from Indiana, according to the 247Sports composite rankings. The cornerback from Decatur Central High School in Indianapolis visited Indiana in February and is scheduled to visit Purdue on Monday, according to 247Sports.
Iowa’s remaining 2019 commits: 4-star tackles Ezra Miller and Tyler Endres, 3-star tight end Logan Lee and 3-star guard Noah Fenske.
