With the start of the 2018 college football season less than six months away, Iowa football is putting its players through offseason workouts to prepare for the upcoming campaign.
In fact, the Hawkeyes gave us a peek into their offseason workouts, as they released an intense video Saturday on Twitter about the team going through its strength-and-conditioning program.

The 1-minute video features players squatting, doing sprinting drills, lifting weights and more.
The Hawkeyes play their annual spring game on April 20 and open their season Sept. 1 against Northern Illinois at Kinnick Stadium.
