Just hours before Iowa kicks off its final game of the 2016 season, the Hawkeyes made an announcement about next season.
Iowa will not raise its season ticket prices for the 2017 season, the team announced Monday morning. Prices for season tickets for seven games at Kinnick Stadium will remain $405 in 2017. Iowa faculty and staff will receive discounted season tickets for $335 and student season tickets will go for $150.
Fans can renew season tickets for 2017 via email starting Tuesday, Jan. 3. Paper applications will not be mailed until Feb. 1.
Iowa’s 2017 home schedule consists of Wyoming, North Texas, Penn State, Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio State and Purdue. The Hawkeyes averaged 69,656 fans for seven home games in 2016.
