Victor Oladipo played this past season in the NBA like he played his college career at Indiana and was rewarded for it.
The former Hoosiers star, still in the state with the Indiana Pacers, won the NBA’s Most Improved Player Award on Monday night after a stellar 2017-18 season.

Oladipo, who was drafted in 2013 and played four years with Orlando and Oklahoma City, was traded to the Pacers this past year and delivered a breakout season.
He averaged 23.1 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.4 steals per game this past season, eclipsing all of his previous statistical highs.
