Indiana lands in-state center Harry Crider
Indiana stayed close to home with its latest commitment.
The Hoosiers got a commitment from 3-star center Harry Crider on Monday. Crider is from Columbus, Ind., a town just about 35 miles east of Bloomington.

Crider, a 2017 recruit, originally gave a verbal commitment to Virginia earlier in the summer. However, he got an offer from his home state Hoosiers on Aug. 7 after an unofficial visit, according to 247 Sports. Apparently it was one Crider could not pass up.

Ranked as the 19th-best center and Indiana’s No. 21 recruit by 247, Crider checks in at 6-foot-4, 250 pounds.
Crider is the 14th commit in Indiana’s 2017 class, five of which have come in the last three weeks.
