Indiana football’s recent success in recruiting continued on Tuesday evening, as Class of 2019 tight end Gary Cooper committed to the Hoosiers.
Cooper — a 3-star prospect out of Christopher Columbus High School in Miami — announced his commitment to Indiana on Twitter.

Along with Indiana, Cooper was being pursued by several other programs, such as Michigan, Rutgers, Pitt, Florida, Oklahoma and Ole Miss, among others.
Cooper is the No. 43-ranked tight end in the Class of 2019 and the No. 152-ranked prospect from Florida, according to 247Sports 2019 composite rankings.
