The college basketball world has been shaken violently this week.
One of the arrests that took place Tuesday gave an indirect tie to the Illinois basketball program, as Lamont Evans, an assistant coach at Oklahoma State, was charged.
Wednesday night, first-year Illinois coach Brad Underwood –formerly of Oklahoma State — released a statement:

It seems as though both Underwood and Illinois athletic director Josh Whitman are all about doing things the right way.
Let’s hope that’s the case.
