A player who left one Big Ten team last month will be visiting another this weekend.
Defensive tackle Enoch Smith Jr., who announced just two weeks ago that he was no longer with Michigan State, will be at Illinois’ game against Western Michigan this weekend, according to Allen Trieu of Scout.

Smith is spending this season at Butler Community College in Kansas and will have two years of eligibility if he transfers back to a Division-I program. The Chicago native appeared in three games for the Spartans last season as a redshirt freshman.
Smith, 6-foot-2, 293 pounds, was offered by Kentucky last week, according to 247 Sports.
