Three of the Big Ten’s biggest basketball stars are on the Wooden Award Late Season Top 20 list.
Ethan Happ of Wisconsin, Purdue’s Caleb Swanigan and Maryland’s Melo Trimble all made the list released Wednesday. Players not on the top 20 are still eligible for the Wooden Award‘s final ballot, which will be revealed in March. Only 15 players will make that cut.

The three Big Ten stars also made the Wooden Award’s Midseason Top 25 list last month.
Happ averages 14.7 points, 9.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.0 steals per game for the Big Ten’s highest ranked team — the No. 7 Badgers (20-3). Swanigan has been a double-double force for the 16th-ranked Boilermakers (19-5), posting 19.1 points, 12.8 boards and 2.8 assists. Finally, Trimble averages 16.9 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.2 steals per game for the No. 21 Terrapins (20-4).
