Max Duggan commits to TCU: 4-star QB had 7 offers from Big Ten schools
On Sunday night, TCU got a major boost to its 2019 recruiting class.
Max Duggan, a 4-star dual-threat QB according to 247Sports committed to the Horned Frogs, giving the team its first QB commit for the class. Duggan is from Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Prior to Duggan’s commitment, TCU ranked as having the No. 18 class in the country. The 6-foot-2 signal caller is from Lewis Central High School.
Duggan ranks as the No. 3 player in the state of Iowa, No. 299 player overall and No. 7 dual-threat QB. According to 247Sports’ Crystal Ball Predictions, he had a 67 percent chance of joining TCU ultimately went where he was predicted to.
The Big Ten was hot on Duggan, as Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio State, Indiana, Nebraska, Northwestern and Penn State gave him scholarship offers.
