Justin Rogers is one of the top offensive line recruits in the Class of 2020. He’s also from Oak Park, Mich., near Detroit, which puts him squarely in the crosshairs of two college football powers in Michigan and Michigan State.
Rogers is the No. 76 player in the country, No. 4 offensive guard and the top player in Michigan, according to the 247Sports composite recruiting database. On Tuesday, Rogers released his list of the 13 schools he’s still considering.
