Top-10 chaos led to some major changes in Sunday’s new Amway Coaches Poll.
Undefeated Alabama was a clear choice at No. 1 in the Top-25 rankings, but with No. 2 Clemson, No. 3 Michigan and No. 4 Washington losing, coaches had some changes to consider.
Ohio State took advantage, jumping from fifth to No. 2 after routing Maryland 62-3. Even though the Buckeyes are ranked second, they’ll need to win out and get a Penn State loss to win the Big Ten East.
After Ohio State, Louisville moved up to third while Michigan is now No. 4.
