If the betting odds are any indication, there won’t be much intrigue in the Big Ten this week. Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State all opened as at least three-touchdown favorites at CG Technology in Las Vegas.
There have been a few massive straight-up upsets in the Big Ten this year — Penn State against Ohio State and Iowa against Michigan, both as underdogs of at least 17 points, depending on when and where you got the line.
Wisconsin remains the class of the Big Ten betting world after Saturday’s win over Illinois. The Badgers improved to 8-2 against the spread. Penn State is the next best in the league at 6-3-1 vs. the number.
